Rachel Jonak is a certified pediatric sleep consultant through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management.
Rachel is a wife, mom to three young children and an RN. With her medical background, teaching parents safe sleep practices is a priority.
Rachel became passionate about healthy and safe sleep once her oldest child was born. After successfully sleep training her own three children, friends and family took notice. She began helping friends and family with their sleep issues and realized her ability to help others with their children's sleep needs felt very rewarding. She decided to take the next step in becoming certified and Little Sheep Sleep Consulting was born.
